This hotel has great potential. The newly refurbished house is light and airy, with spacious and comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms. The large family room is perfect for kids to play, and the small pool is a hit with the children. The hotel is in a good location, with relaxing river views and just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride to the superb beach.
Minor improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail.

We had the whole villa to ourselves for 3 days. The pool was cleaned twice a day and was great. The rooms were very large with a lot of space, the beds were the best we had and the air conditioning and shower worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and we could easily walk to the beach. The location, right by the lagoon, was beautiful and serene.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! the location was perfect, right by the lagoon and in front of the lake. It was also within walking distance of the beach, which was so convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and a fan. the service provided by the staff was top-notch, and they were always friendly and helpful. Although there was no breakfast included, we had access to a kitchen and could store food in the fridge. the view of the Bentota Ganga river from the garden was simply breathtaking. the small swimming pool was a great bonus too!
That the shower in the room had a very low pressure.

This cozy guesthouse was a perfect choice for our weekend trip, offering clean and spacious rooms with air conditioning and fans. the garden area and small swimming pool were delightful places to relax and soak up the sun. We were pleasantly surprised to find a mangrove area that added a unique feature to the garden, and it was great to see there were no mosquitoes around. the location of the guesthouse was close enough to both the beach and city center to be convenient without being too crowded, and we enjoyed walking to both places.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was great, just a short walk away from the beach and the supermarket. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms had air conditioning and were clean and comfortable. Plus, the breakfast was a tasty start to the day.
No major issues, everything was fine.

The pool was nice, and the location was great because I was able to walk to my meetings easily. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were not up to my standards. The bedding was old and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning barely worked.
